Essential Skills for Team Leads

Course Description

Practical day to day skills to enhance your team leadership. This two day course hosted in our classroom in Aberdeenshire, is ideal for all Supervisors and Team Leads who want to lead their teams effectively. The course includes: * Positive leadership * Communication * Expectation setting * Performance management * The impact of language * Setting your team up for success * Planning your leadership The course comprises of a number of practical elements throughout the two days along with a planning activity to set you up for success. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 
The following charges apply: 
14+ days before a course - £35 administration fee
 10 - 13 days before a course - 50% of the course fee 4 - 9 days before a course -  75% of the course fee 
0 - 3 days before a course -  100% of the course fee. 
Re-allocate course places
 To avoid a course cancellation charge, you can re-allocate a space to an alternative delegate, up to 24 hours before the course starts. Course dates and venues
 imorph reserve the right to change or cancel published dates and alter venues without liability. 
In the event of a cancellation and where an alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be provided.
