Safety Leadership Skills (online)

Course Description

The Safety Leadership course for Supervisors and Team Leads. This two day course hosted in our virtual classroom, is ideal for all Supervisors and Team Leads who want to build and support strong safety cultures in their teams and workspaces. • Strong safety cultures and strong teams • Developing practical communication skills • Dealing with difficult conversations • Motivation, feedback and encouragement • Success factors and secure environments • Creating a true culture of care • Recognising your own strengths • Effective expectation setting • Setting the course • Practical activities • Putting it into practice - Planning In addition to the two days training, there will be a short activity to complete on the evening of day one. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 
The following charges apply: 
14+ days before a course - £35 administration fee
 10 - 13 days before a course - 50% of the course fee 4 - 9 days before a course -  75% of the course fee 
0 - 3 days before a course -  100% of the course fee. 
Re-allocate course places
 To avoid a course cancellation charge, you can re-allocate a space to an alternative delegate, up to 24 hours before the course starts. Course dates and venues
 imorph reserve the right to change or cancel published dates and alter venues without liability. 
In the event of a cancellation and where an alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be provided.
